🎯 Own the go-to-market strategy for payer-facing mental health solutions
💡 Develop messaging and positioning that resonate with health plans and their members
📣 Create pitch decks, one-pagers, product overviews, and sales enablement tools
🔍 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy
🤝 Collaborate across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
🗣️ Refine buyer personas and support training efforts for commercial teams
📈 Measure campaign success and optimize performance over time
✅ Requirements:
🏥 5–7+ years in product marketing, ideally in digital health or payer ecosystems
🧩 Deep understanding of payer dynamics (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance)
✍️ Exceptional communication skills with experience tailoring messaging by audience
🔗 Proven track record leading GTM initiatives for complex B2B2C healthcare solutions
