This position could consist of Director of Operations.

Qualifications

Hotel/ hospitality  industry.
- Core knowledge in managing and optimizing a cleaning team as well as manage the many day to day needs of guests in the Evolving STR industry. 
- Have a current company or managed a team of cleaners or Previous experience in business ownership.
- Use of our Technology stack to run current operations

- Relevant experience in, housekeeping management, hotel
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and tasks
- commercial cleaning or similar environments

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate cleaning operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Manage and schedule cleaning staff to cover all necessary tasks efficiently.
- Utilize customer service skills to address client needs and concerns promptly.
- Oversee property care and sanitation procedures to uphold a hygienic environment.
- Implement time management strategies to optimize productivity.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure seamless execution of residential and commercial cleaning services.

Job Type:  Hourly to start.  Salary as OKR's are met

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
