Contract Graphic Designer

Position Overview:

As our third team member, you'll be a vital part of Aylor Brands Co. As a Contract Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating a wide range of visual content that supports our clients' marketing goals. You will work closely with the existing team to ensure consistent and impactful design across all projects.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Graphic Design:
    • Design graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, email templates, and website visuals.
    • Create print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters.
  2. Brand Development:
    • Help develop visual branding for clients, ensuring it aligns with their identity and target audience.
    • Assist in maintaining brand guidelines.
  3. Digital Content Creation:
    • Produce visual content for websites, blogs, and social media.
    • Develop infographics and presentations.
  4. Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the existing team of two to align on project goals and deliverables.
    • Participate in client meetings and brainstorming sessions.
  5. Adaptability:
    • Handle a variety of design tasks and adapt to changing priorities in a small team environment.
    • Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in marketing.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of marketing principles.
