Product Intern (Hybrid or Remote with Flexibility)

About Style.re: Style.re is an innovative platform launching an MVP this summer, dedicated to transforming the retail experience with seamless in-store pickup and last-mile delivery solutions. We're building intuitive technology to connect customers effortlessly with their favorite retailers.

Role Overview: As a Product Intern, you'll play an essential role in refining our user experience and ensuring the Style.re MVP is intuitive, engaging, and reliable. You'll collaborate closely with our design, engineering, and product teams to test, analyze, and enhance our product's usability.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough testing of user flows, identifying friction points and opportunities for improvement.

Collect and analyze user feedback to guide product improvements.

Document detailed bug reports and work with engineering teams to track and resolve issues.

Assist in preparing and conducting usability testing sessions and user interviews.

Collaborate with designers and engineers to refine product features based on user insights.

Participate actively in product meetings and provide thoughtful input and ideas.

Ideal Candidate:

Detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about user-centered design.

Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.

Familiarity with product development processes and UX/UI principles.

Ability to clearly document and articulate feedback and insights.

Comfortable working independently while also effectively collaborating remotely.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Product Management, UX/UI Design, Business, or a related field.

Availability for regular product sync meetings (flexible scheduling).

Responsive, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment.

Work Location & Schedule:

Hybrid in Dallas, TX, or fully remote with proven reliability and communication.

Flexible working hours, with expectations for responsiveness during scheduled product syncs and team meetings.
