We handle cases statewide and are dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to individuals who have been injured and are seeking justice. Position Overview: The Head of Marketing and Lead Generation will lead the firm’s marketing strategy, drive client intake, and elevate brand awareness through thoughtful, community-focused initiatives.We are looking for an organized, creative, and sociable individual to join our team. The position is hybrid with a mix of working from home and in-person events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute monthly events sponsored by Paynter Law, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand presence.
    • Manage merchandise for events
    • Design and schedule event-based social media campaigns
  • Manage the lead screening process and intake workflow to ensure timely and effective client communication.
    • Collaborate with the digital advertising team to assess lead quality and optimize campaign performance.
  • Partner with artists and designers to create custom merchandise for events and the firm’s annual holiday card.
  • Monitor marketing budget and make strategic adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community organizations to uncover opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships, and local involvement.
  • Build referral relationships with other local law firms 


 

 Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing, lead generation, or related field (legal or service-based industry experience is a plus)
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives at once
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close communication with the team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Sharepoint) and case management software
  • Passion for community involvement and collaborative work

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Spanish — We work with many Spanish-speaking clients, and the ability to screen and communicate with them effectively is a major plus.
