🧠 Role:
As a Software Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of the engineering team, contributing to the architecture and development of a cutting-edge gen-AI enterprise product. You’ll collaborate closely with the product team, technical lead, and executive leadership to help shape and deliver a human-like AI coaching experience at scale.

✅ Responsibilities:

💬 Collaborate with product to refine features and technical goals

🧩 Design and deploy scalable, maintainable solutions using Python and Django

🏗️ Influence the technical roadmap and infrastructure architecture

🤖 Contribute to LLM pipelines and AI integrations (OpenAI, Claude, Azure, etc.)

🚀 Write, review, and ship clean, reliable code in a nimble dev environment

🛠️ Requirements:

🐍 3+ years of experience with Python (Django preferred)

☁️ Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, RDS, Terraform) and/or Heroku

📊 Exposure to machine learning or large language models is a strong plus

🧠 Experience managing or executing large technical initiatives

🚀 Previous exposure to B2B SaaS startups or product-led environments

🌎 Comfortable collaborating across time zones
