Social Media Manager

 Who We’re Hiring.

A Social Media Manager with experience creating performance-driven content and paid ads. This role will execute smart and strategic solutions to marketing challenges and objectives, develop campaign strategies, oversee optimization efforts and analyze social media campaigns top-to-bottom across multiple platforms, including, but not limited to: Meta, Linkedin, TikTok, & Pinterest.

 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • General:
    • Guide overall social media efforts to elevate brand, image and awareness for all assigned clients
    • Collaborate with other team members to integrate social media with other advertising initiatives for a holistic approach
    • Monitor social media trends, tools and applications and recommend strategies to keep our clients ahead of the curve
  • Content:
    • Plan & execute strategic social media content calendars – including: post concepts, copywriting, creative direction, creative copy, etc.
    • Daily community and reputation management
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of content
  • Paid Ads:
    • Develop and execute paid social media campaign strategies that deliver against client goals and KPIs 
    • Day-to-day management of paid social campaigns, including optimization opportunities to improve performance – including: channel strategy, budget management, targeting, creative and ad copy, etc. 
    • Summarize and communicate the status and performance of campaigns with internal teams and clients
    • Custom analysis, reporting, and key insights

 

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field 
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience managing social media for businesses 
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their management tools
  • Experience with analyzing performance metrics and results-driven optimization 
  • Excellent copywriting skills & experience writing in multiple brand voices
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail 
  • Self-starter approach to work, a positive attitude, and a drive to consistently exceed objectives and contribute to the success of clients and the agency overall
