Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated interns to join our summer internship program. You will have the opportunity to report to one our senior executives and work closely with their entire department to get hands on experience in your desired field. You’ll get to experience our culture firsthand and be involved in varying levels of the day to day operations that drive our business. Not only will you feel encouraged but also become inspired in becoming the chef of your career aspirations. Augeo interns will complete an 11-week internship program alongside their peers in the Marketing, Finance, Sales or Business Development, Information Technology, Economics or Human Resources industry. This program runs from June - mid-August and includes weekly learning objectives, a service project, group project and final presentation.

 

You’ll spend your days on the following (varies dependent on area of focus):

  • Engaging with your executive sponsor
  • Fulfilling tasks set out by sponsor or team members
  • Attending meetings and recording minutes
  • Conduct research at sponsor’s request
  • Creating, updating or reviewing spreadsheets
  • Working on projects that support clients
  • Presenting work to internal teams 

 

What you need to be successful in this role:

  • Analytical and detail-oriented 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Observant and able to remain focused on tasks
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any of the following fields: Business, Marketing, IT, Human Resources, Economics, Finance, Hospitality.
