Sales Representative

Our Sales Representative is a key client-facing role responsible for maintaining and growing strong relationships with clients while ensuring the delivery of high-quality X-Ray equipment. The Sales Representative combines customer service and sales to drive client satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.

  • Maintains contact lists and follows up with current customers to continue relationships.
  • Identifies prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion.
  • Emphasizes product features to highlight how they can fulfill customer needs.
  • Contributes and takes initiative in Sales and Marketing and the execution of business plans with other team members to promote a team atmosphere.
  • Performs well under tight deadlines and efficiently multitasks.
  • Analyzes and understands industry market trends, competition, and products that may impact sales efforts and communicates these kinds of issues as necessary.
  • Updates sales data regularly; importing new data, pulling data, updating records, and performing cross checks.
  • Conducts and/or coordinates sales, marketing, and training meetings as required.
  • Travels to attend business meetings, seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer sites as needed. International travel may be required.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned and required.

Skills:

  • Self-motivated; willing to learn advanced medical technology
  • Organized; maintains a clean working space
  • Strong customer service; professionalism; Respectful and considerate
  • Computer and MS software skills – Excel, Word, and PPT especially
  • Experience with CRM (preferred)
  • Knowledge on shipping and incoterms
  • Ability to move, life, and transport demonstration equipment as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1 year of successful sales B2B experience or 2+ years of sales experience
  • Experience building/maintaining customer relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel within U.S., Central and South America
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required)

Pay: From $24.00 - 28.00  per hour
