Entry-Level Recruiter (Hybrid) – Start Date: April 28th

Locations: Somerset, NJ or Long Island, NY
Type: Full-Time | Hybrid (in-office & remote)
Salary: $55,000 – $75,000/year
Start Date: April 28, 2025
Experience Level: Entry-Level (No prior recruiting experience required)

 

We’re hiring motivated, professional, and people-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Entry-Level Recruiters. Whether you’ve worked in retail, sales, customer service, or you're a recent grad ready to dive into the professional world, this is your opportunity to break into recruiting and make a real impact.

 

What You’ll Do:

Source, screen, and connect with potential candidates for open roles

Conduct initial phone interviews and assist in coordinating the hiring process

Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers

Learn recruitment best practices and industry tools

Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients

 

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills — you’re confident talking to new people

A professional, positive, and team-focused attitude

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Able to commute to Somerset, NJ or Long Island, NY for hybrid work

Bonus points if you have:

Sales, customer service, or retail experience

A college degree
