Executive in Training Internship

Voice Up Publishing Incorporated is seeking purpose-driven individuals to join our Executive in Training internship program. This 100% remote, 100% flexible opportunity offers a unique chance to work directly with the founder of Voice Up on implementing national and global level projects that impact thousands of people in cities across the world. This internship aligns with our core principles of collaboration, humility, precision, patience, and empathy while providing hands-on experience in purpose-driven leadership and community transformation.

Voice Up Publishing Incorporated is an innovative organization dedicated to connecting individuals with their life's purpose through structured internships, research initiatives, educational programs, and collaborative community building. Our organization operates across multiple service lines including the Voice Up Internship Program, Research Division, Educational Curriculum Development, Workplace Innovation, Purpose-Driven Career Pathways, Faith-Based Global Ministry, Recovery and Pastoral Care, Healthcare Initiatives, and our Purpose-Driven University Initiative.

### Internship Details
- **Duration**: 3-4 months
- **Time Commitment**: 10-15 hours weekly
- **Format**: 100% remote, 100% flexible schedule
- **Compensation**: Available for academic credit, volunteer experience, or potential paid stipend
- **Start Date**: Rolling admissions with new cohorts joining every 4-6 weeks

### Responsibilities
- Collaborate on the development and implementation of purpose-driven social impact projects
- Contribute to the quarterly global publication "Make The Difference" by supporting content curation, editing, or contributing original pieces
- Assist in planning and coordinating the annual Global Stories of Purpose Conference
- Support research initiatives in areas such as artificial intelligence applications, mental health enhancement, or purpose-driven project development
- Help develop educational content and curriculum across various disciplines
- Participate in workplace innovation projects, including the 4-day workweek initiative
- Engage in purpose-driven career pathway development programs
- Assist with faith-based initiatives, recovery programs, or healthcare projects as aligned with your personal interests
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our Purpose-Driven University Initiative

### Qualifications
- Current college student or working professional with a passion for purpose discovery
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Demonstrated interest in one or more of VoiceUp's service areas
- Commitment to VoiceUp's core principles: collaboration, humility, precision, patience, and empathy
- Self-motivated with ability to manage time effectively
- Creative problem-solving abilities and openness to innovative approaches
- Willingness to engage in personal purpose discovery throughout the internship experience
