Job Title: Marketing Associate

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Salary: $20-$27/hr

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Associate to join a fast-paced, innovative marketing team within the home furnishings industry. The ideal candidate brings a winning mindset, a “can-do” attitude, and a passion for creativity and problem-solving. This individual thrives in a collaborative environment, is eager to learn, and takes initiative in driving marketing projects forward.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management
Maintain and update the company website to ensure functionality, accuracy, and an exceptional user experience.

Social Media Management
Support execution of digital strategies, including content creation, scheduling, posting, campaign support, and monitoring across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Content Quality Control
Ensure all marketing materials and digital content are polished, brand-aligned, and error-free.

Project & Administrative Support
Provide day-to-day assistance across various marketing initiatives, ensuring timely execution and team alignment.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

1–2 years of experience in marketing or relevant roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Familiarity with social media management, video content creation, and content creation tools (e.g., Canva)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

Experience with website platforms such as WordPress

Understanding of influencer marketing and digital engagement trends

Light graphic design or photo/video editing knowledge is a plus
