Product Manager, Integrations

A rapidly growing software company in the hospitality tech space is seeking a Product Manager, Integrations to lead and expand its third-party integrations ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and loves solving complex problems to deliver seamless user experiences. You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the strategy that connects core products to property management systems, smart devices, communication platforms, and more.

🔧 Role:

🧩 Own the integrations roadmap, prioritizing by customer impact and strategic value

🤝 Collaborate with engineering, partnerships, and design teams to build high-quality API integrations

📬 Collect feedback from users, internal teams, and market signals to guide improvements

📈 Track performance and adoption metrics to optimize usability

🚀 Lead cross-functional projects and champion integration best practices

📝 Create documentation to support internal teams and integration partners

🧭 Navigate technical complexity to bring clear solutions and product direction

📋 Requirements:

💼 4+ years in product management (bonus for startup or scaling team experience)

🔌 Strong understanding of APIs and third-party integrations

🏢 2+ years working in B2B SaaS (experience in hospitality or productivity tools is a plus)

📊 Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and decision-making skills

🧠 Ability to think strategically and execute at a high level
