Sales Management Intern – Inside Sales
Magnolia Heating & Cooling is seeking a motivated Sales Management Intern to join our inside sales team. This internship provides hands-on experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales operations within the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will develop essential sales and communication skills while working closely with our experienced sales team.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled at California Baptist University in Sales Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, customer service, and HVAC industry (experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM software, or willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
