Internship Summary:
The Marketing Intern is responsible for supporting the marketing team and will learn about the basic functions of a Marketing department in this role. Responsibilities will include drafting social media posts, proofreading and editing copy for articles, collateral material and other marketing material, assisting with creation of videos, and providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager. The Marketing Intern will gain exposure to all aspects of the WebTPA business as the Marketing department supports all internal and external communications. This role will include hands-on learning and will include training as needed on marketing support platforms such as WorkZone project software, Brainshark video/presentations, and HubSpot for social media posting.

What Will You Be Doing:
- Assist with review and proofreading of copy for social media posts and other marketing collateral
- Assist in creation of written, video and image content for marketing channels
- Capture culture photos and videos to support content creation
- Think creatively and pitch ideas to fuel content platforms
- Assist with sales materials including presentation development
- Help updating of key staff bios and creating Meet the Team pieces
- Assist with administrative duties for marketing team as needed
- Learn about marketing support tools such as HubSpot, WorkZone, Brainshark etc
- Assist with internal support for the new WebTPA intranet
- Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions and other team projects as needed
