Product Marketing Manager

Job Title: Product Marketing Manager (Remote – EST/CST Preferred)

A customer-focused software company in the fintech space is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead the charge on go-to-market strategy, product messaging, and sales enablement. In this role, you'll be the bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing, translating technical features into business impact while driving adoption and awareness across various channels. 🎯 Role:

🧠 Develop clear, compelling product messaging for software and payment solutions

πŸš€ Lead GTM plans for new launches and feature enhancements in partnership with Product & Sales

πŸ“š Build and maintain enablement tools like pitch decks, FAQs, product sheets, and battle cards

πŸ“£ Train internal teams on positioning, objection handling, and product value propositions

🧩 Partner with Demand Gen to align marketing campaigns with product strategy

πŸ” Conduct market and competitive research to uncover trends and opportunities

✍️ Create content like blog posts, webinars, and case studies that highlight real-world impact

βœ… Requirements:

πŸ“† 5–7 years in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, software, or payments

πŸ’¬ Exceptional communication and storytelling skills

πŸ› οΈ Experience building GTM plans, sales enablement tools, and messaging frameworks

🀝 Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Customer Success)

πŸ“Š Analytical mindset with experience using insights to shape messaging and campaigns

🧰 Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and in-app engagement platforms

🌎 Authorized to work in the U.S., able to work ET or CT hours, and open to light travel (~7%)
