Double Eagle Wealth Management is a boutique financial advisory firm dedicated to serving high-income earners, professional golfers, entrepreneurs, and families with comprehensive financial planning and investment management. We’re looking for a proactive, creative, and detail-oriented marketing intern to support our brand and outreach initiatives.

 

Position Summary

We’re seeking a part-time Marketing Intern to support the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns that elevate our presence across digital platforms. This role offers hands-on experience across multiple marketing disciplines and is ideal for students interested in finance, branding, or digital media.

 

Key Responsibilities

Create Digital Assets: Develop polished presentations and marketing collateral using apps such as PowerPoint and Canva

Copywriting: Draft marketing emails, website content, blog posts, and social media captions aligned with our tone and brand

Email Marketing: Assist in creating and scheduling email campaigns (via Mailchimp or similar platform), including tagging and audience segmentation

Website Management: Update website content and pages as needed (CMS experience a plus)

Social Media & Campaigns: Support execution of content calendars, social media scheduling, and audience engagement

Campaign Reporting: Help track marketing performance and analytics to provide insights for optimization

Brand Consistency: Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and communicates our value effectively

 

Qualifications

Ideally pursuing a degree in Marketing, Finance, Communications, Business, or a related field

Technical proficiency in creative apps and basic design principles

Strong writing and editing skills

Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), or willingness to learn

Familiarity with CMS platforms a plus

Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks independently

Interest in financial services or personal finance is a bonus

 

Schedule

Estimated 10–15 hours per week, but flexible 

Flexible scheduling around class and personal commitments

Hybrid structure (remote work - main office is in Dallas, TX)
