Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team. Our internship program offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fashion industry, working closely with experienced professionals and contributing to various aspects of our business. The internship positions available include:

Social Media Intern

• Department: Marketing
• Responsibilities:
  • Create, curate, and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Monitor and engage with our social media audience.
  • Analyze social media metrics and assist in developing strategies to enhance our online presence.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on various campaigns and projects.

Sales/Merchandising Intern

• Department: Sales and Merchandising
• Responsibilities:
  • Assist at events, including pop-up shops and trade shows.
  • Learn the ins and outs of event sales and e-commerce operations.
  • Support the merchandising team with store layouts, product displays, and market research.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for product placement.

Production Intern

• Department: Production
• Responsibilities:
  • Manage pre-orders and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
  • Maintain and update inventory records.
  • Assist with the allocation of raw goods for production and monitor production schedules.
  • Support the production team with quality control and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a college/university or a recent graduate.
• Strong interest in fashion, business, entrepreneurship, or marketing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driver's license.

Additional Role-Specific Requirements:

Social Media Intern:

• Experience with social media platforms and basic knowledge of analytics tools.
• Creative writing skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Sales/Merchandising Intern:

• Interest in sales and merchandising.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze data.

Production Intern:

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of production processes and inventory management.
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
