Parking Utility Manager
The City is seeking a dynamic and experienced Parking Utility Manager to lead the daily operations and long-term planning of the Department of Public Works’ self-funded Parking Utility. This pivotal role oversees a diverse portfolio—including parking ramps, surface lots, and over 1,000 metered stalls— while managing a skilled team across operations and enforcement. Qualifications
Associate’s degree in business administration, project management, or related field. six years’ experience in parking operations and enforcement, training or professional certification in accounting and finance, management, marketing or similar field or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
Salary
The 2025 hiring salary range for this position is $68,990 - $103,484 annually, plus an excellent fringe benefit package including paid time off, health, life, dental, and Wisconsin Retirement System (WRS). The WRS is among the best funded and best managed public pension systems in the country.
