Social Media Marketing Intern
Tech Sassy Girlz is building the future workforce by transforming the lives of adolescent girls to pursue science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields through career readiness, mentoring and entrepreneurship. We are a nonprofit based in Orlando, FL.
- Curate STEM oriented news and content, and then create social media posts to inform our followers
- Create original social media content for stories or events
- Engage with the audience on social media to drive conversation regarding programs, events, donor engagement
- Create engaging social content
- Edit and create engaging audio and video content
- Turn podcast episodes into engaging social content by creating narratives and working with the team to create video clips
- Respond to our followers, as appropriate.
- Monitor and post about our events or breaking news (as it relates to STEM)
- Drive content planning and editorial calendaring
- Create marketing materials that will be provided to potential donors.
- Research potential community partners and resources needed to sustain the Tech Sassy Girlz program.
- Create social media campaigns.
- Coordinate marketing events to support organizational objectives and marketing campaigns
- Help organize and plan events
