Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Specialist, located in Doral, FL. The RPA Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing process automation solutions, troubleshooting automation issues, designing and executing test cases, and ensuring quality assurance. Daily tasks will include working collaboratively with development teams to optimize business processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Process Automation and Automation development
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving automation issues
- Experience in designing and executing Test Cases
- Background in Quality Assurance practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry/medical coding is a plus.
- SQL experience required
- Experience with automation and running bots.
