Junior Key Account Specialist (Bilingual in Mandarin, EE/ME background required)

Job Location: Cerritos, CA 90703       

FLSA Classification: Exempt                

Position Status: Full Time, Fully onsite

Job Summary

The Junior Key Account Specialist establish standards and systems in the form of written SOPs for NA GKAS team based on the current state of the team and its medium- and long-term goals. This role acts as the primary communication bridge between the local team and headquarters, ensuring effective coordination and alignment

 

Essential Functions

  • Lead the development and optimization of standardized team processes, ensuring alignment with NA GKAS goals, and drive the implementation of process digitization initiatives.
  • Provide process management support to the team, ensuring the effective execution of workflows and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate on process improvement projects, facilitate cross-departmental coordination, and oversee the successful implementation of project objectives and team KPI.
  • Maintain the relationship & corporate with the DJI Sales team to fulfill clients’ needs and handle major complaints to achieve aftersales targets in North America Region.
  • Handle major complaints in the region.
  • Optimize the cultural difference to serve the US market smoothly in terms of regulations, work efficiency, technical needs, and translation.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned

 

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university, preferably project management or engineering degrees. 

Experience

  • DJI drone experience/knowledge is highly preferred

Knowledge and Skillsets

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;
  • Strong execution skills, be able to launch policy changes and improvements;
  • Strong learning ability, strong passion in learning new products;
  • Work well under pressure, be able to adapt
  • Proficient in Microsoft office/ Cloud-based software is a must
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin speaking is required.
  • Part 107 certificate preferred

 

Travel Requirements

Up to 20% of domestic travel is expected for this position.

 

Supervisory responsibility

Environmental Conditions

The job operates in a professional office and manufacturing environment.

 

FLSA Compliance and Work hours

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, and can range anywhere between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend work maybe required as duties demand.
