Analyst
Tower Strategy Group is seeking an entrepreneurial individual to fill a full-time Analyst position in our Alexandria, VA office. The ideal candidate should possess robust organizational skills, strong analytical skills, primary and secondary research experience, and be able to work well both individually and on a team. We are a boutique strategy consulting firm, and, as such, much of our work requires communication both in-house and with our clients. Therefore, strong written and oral communication skills are imperative.
Tower Strategy Group’s work revolves around business transformation, strategy, and market expansion. We support the C-suite, President and Vice President-level senior management at FORTUNE 500 companies and the Federal Government. We execute high-impact, quick turnaround engagements that allow our clients to understand industry structure, identify and pursue new growth opportunities, determine how to increase market share, and improve their operational performance.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis
- Collecting and analyzing data
- Conducting primary and secondary research on customers, partners, the best-in-class and competitors
- Organizing and preparing materials for client workshops
- Designing client deliverables
- Supporting our senior team in client interaction and management
- Leading business development efforts
- Administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 0-2 years relevant professional experience
Required experience:
- Quantitative and/or qualitative analysis
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently without supervision and collaborate as a team
- Primary and secondary research
- Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), with emphasis on Excel
- Client-facing experience
- Experience with AI / ML / LLM tools
- Experience with workshop facilitation and project management
TSG has implemented a hybrid work schedule in which our team works from our Alexandria-based office two days per week, and works remotely the remainder of the week.
