Sales & Marketing Intern

Position Title: Sales & Marketing Intern (Construction Company)

📈 What You’ll Do

As our Sales & Marketing Intern, you’ll be working directly with the founder and team to:

Identify and reach out to potential clients (realtors, property managers, homeowners, developers, etc.)

Develop and manage outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calls, etc.)

Create social media content to promote our brand (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok — yes, we’re open!)

Assist in managing online presence: website, Google, etc.

Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed

Bring your own creative ideas to the table — we’re all ears
 

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

You’re majoring in marketing, communications, business, or related field

You’re a strong communicator and not afraid to reach out to people

You’re creative, resourceful, and a bit of a hustler

You’re familiar with or eager to learn about the construction or real estate space

Bonus: You have experience with social media content creation, Canva, CRM tools, or Google Ads
