Event Manager at Pro Athletes Direct

Managers. In this role, you will be the face as you will manage, coordinate, and attend public and private events within your city featuring premier athletes and professional sports organizations.

Responsibilities:

Organize and manage a variety of events, including premium fan experiences, autograph signings, and passion projects on behalf of athletes.

Collaborate with athletes, sports organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.

Communicate with clients, vendors, and athletes to coordinate event logistics.

Manage crowds and ensure events run smoothly, even during high-pressure situations.

Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable experiences for fans and athletes.

Qualifications:

Strong passion and knowledge of sports.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to remain calm and take control during high-pressure situations.

Confident, friendly, and able to engage with large crowds.

Highly organized with attention to detail.

Social, outgoing, and ready to represent Pro Athletes Direct in a professional and friendly manner.

Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to travel independently to the listed cities.
