Our Summer Internship Program is designed for ambitious, curious, and driven students looking to gain hands-on experience at a leading fintech company that’s reshaping the way people manage and understand their money.
From product innovation to data science, marketing, engineering, and beyond—you’ll work on real projects, solve real problems, and contribute to meaningful work that supports our mission.
Location: NYC Office, expected full time schedule
Duration: 10 Weeks | June -August, 2025
What You’ll Do
- Partner with the Customer Experience (CX), Product Ops (POP), and Training teams to validate hypotheses and pilot improvements to support workflows.
- Propose targeted experiments (e.g., response templates, language tone shifts, escalation handling). Recommend optimizations to chat workflows, escalation paths, and agent response templates
- Define and deploy improved support processes aligned with our broader transformation efforts.
- Evaluate current pain points in chat support processes and identify and propose scalable solutions
- Recommend and help pilot improvement initiatives.
- Assist in validating lead data and optimizing customer journeys using AWS Pinpoint and Segment.
- Support testing and analysis of the IVR self-verification system and customer feedback.
- Organize customer feedback to support product roadmap planning and prioritization.
- Analyze outbound call performance metrics to identify opportunities for contact rate improvements.
Who You Are
- A current undergraduate or graduate student, rising junior/senior preferred
- Finance, Business or related field of study preferred
- Passionate about Fintech, innovation and helping others to make smarter financial decisions
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast paced environment
- Self-starter who’s not afraid to try innovative ideas and learn by doing

This is a paid internship opportunity with an hourly rate ranging from $25–$30/hour, depending on role and qualifications.
