Design Engineer/Detailer

Develop & produce detailed fabrication & assembly drawings for construction of trade show exhibits, displays, and commercial interiors.

This person will collaborate with design, estimating, and manufacturing to bring conceptual ideas into production.

• Proficiency in 3-D CAD Software

• Demonstrated knowledge of drafting, engineering, architectural techniques, with a mechanical aptitude

• Attention to detail with a strong work ethic

• Working knowledge of exhibit fabrication methods, and materials

• Provide structural engineering to conceptual ideas

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Produce floor plans & setup drawings

Preferred education: Minimum of an associate degree or training in an Architectural, drafting/CAD field of study

Direct work experience in an Architectural or Engineering position as it relates to the tradeshow & retail interiors industry

Occasional travel to tradeshows
