Senior Production Artist

For more than 60 years, Tyndale has helped readers discover the life-giving truths of God’s Word. Today we’re one of the largest independently owned Christian publishers in the world. Though our business has grown, our mission remains the same: to open God’s Word to as many as possible in language they can relate to and understand.

The Tyndale Design Team is a hidden gem of design excellence. Larger than most design teams, we are 20+ creatives who meet weekly to collaborate on book and Bible projects. We regularly pursue excellence in our craft as we research our industry, learn new processes, seek out inspiration, and push ourselves to create designs that surprise and delight our clients. Within this team, a small but mighty band of production artists plays a vital role in refining and finalizing that work with precision and excellence.

Designs that come through Tyndale aren’t just created—they're crafted, checked, and finessed by talented production artists who ensure every detail is accurate, print-ready, and true to the design vision. In addition to creative skill and technical excellence, our team deeply values collaboration, humility, and a desire to grow. We work with designers, art directors and product managers to make sure each project is executed with care, accuracy, and beauty. It’s our hope to honor God in everything we do—through the quality of our work and how we serve others.

If this sounds like a place where you could thrive, we’re hiring a Senior Production Artist to help bring the final stages of book and Bible design to life. While we anticipate this position will primarily focus on Bible production work, there may be times when you’ll flex to support other types of projects based on the team’s needs. You’ll work closely with art directors, designers, and fellow production artists to finalize covers, interior pages, and specialty products. From setting up and refining design files, to prepping print-ready files, to troubleshooting production challenges—you’ll be an essential part of our workflow and creative process.

This is a job that requires a sharp eye for detail, a deep knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, strong organizational skills, and the ability to keep multiple projects on track. You should be someone who understands print production, asks good questions, collaborates well with others, and cares about making things excellent—even behind the scenes. We’re looking for someone who cares deeply about making every file the best it can be.
