As our client base continues to expand, we are seeking a talented and motivated Client Success & Operations Coordinator to join our team and help drive our customer experience forward.

Position Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level professional who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to enter the world of financial operations. You will serve as the first point of contact for new clients, help organize their financial documentation, and prepare internal files for further review.

You’ll gain firsthand experience in client onboarding, fintech tools, and data handling—within a company that’s growing fast and rewarding those who grow with it.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding calls with new clients and guide them through secure connection to our systems.
  • Organize and verify incoming documents and financial data.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure files are properly prepared for review.
  • Maintain up-to-date tracking of client status and progress in internal systems.
  • Deliver a smooth and professional experience for each client.

Requirements

  • Fluent English communication skills – spoken and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – including basic formulas, tables, and filtering.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to process accuracy.
  • Full-time availability for on-site work in Sunny Isles Beach or Doral, Florida, starting May 2025.

Nice to Have

  • Spanish fluency – strong advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service, finance, or operations is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for fintech, startups, and client-facing roles.
