What’s the Role?
We’re on the hunt for a Sales Representative to join our expanding crew. This isn’t your average sales gig — it’s a 2-year career-building sales program designed to develop future consultants. You’ll be the front line of growth at Pinecrest, introducing our services to prospective clients, booking meetings, learning the ins and outs of the benefits industry, and building real relationships along the way.
This role is perfect for someone who’s got that entrepreneurial spark, isn’t afraid of the grind, and thrives in a supportive, high-energy environment. You’ll be backed by experienced mentors, killer training resources, and a team that knows how to win and have fun doing it.
What You’ll Do
Hunt for new business opportunities and connect with small to mid-sized companies.
Make outreach calls, emails, and LinkedIn connections — and turn conversations into meetings.
Build and manage your pipeline, hit activity and revenue targets, and learn how to sell with value.
Partner with our Account Managers and onboarding pros to help new clients hit the ground running.
Attend team meetings, sales trainings, and strategy sessions that fuel your growth.
