Key Responsibilities:

🔍 Data Analysis & Reporting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and convert them into actionable insights.

Analyze large and complex datasets to uncover trends and business opportunities.

Design and maintain dashboards and reports to clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.

📊 Data Management

Collect, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure quality and consistency.

Support the optimization of data storage, retrieval, and reporting systems.

Contribute to the development of automated data workflows and pipelines.

📈 Data Interpretation

Partner with team members to interpret analytical results and offer recommendations for business or process improvements.

Help define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective reporting tools.

🤝 Collaboration & Communication

Work closely with data engineers, developers, and other departments to maintain data integrity.

Present insights and findings in a clear, engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Document methodologies and analysis processes to support team knowledge sharing.

Keep up with trends and advancements in data analytics and business intelligence.

Engage in learning opportunities to enhance your technical and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Experience with data preparation, cleaning, and analysis techniques.

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Clear and effective communicator with the ability to simplify complex data.

Eagerness to learn and grow with new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
