We are looking for a Business Systems Intern who is detail-oriented and tech-savvy to support our operations by updating and maintaining our business systems and B2B catering leads. You’ll play a key role in keeping our systems accurate and up-to-date, enabling our franchise teams to work more efficiently and effectively.

Your Role at Millie’s®:
As a Business Systems Intern, you will be responsible for:
- Updating and maintaining records across internal business systems (e.g., Square POS, DoorDash, Google Business, Canva, company website, etc.)
- Validate catering customer lead data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist with responding to general inquiries from guests and franchise partners
- Document processes and suggest improvements to workflows where applicable
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure system data aligns with business needs
- Make meaningful connections with every guest
- Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a team that values learning, mentorship, and emotional intelligence

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Business, Information Systems, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable interacting with team members and handling customer-facing communication professionally
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Nice to haves: programming skills (e.g., Python, SQL, or JavaScript), familiarity with Google Firebase, familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
