Licensed Bi-Lingual Insurance Client Experience Representative with Independent Agency Experience

We are and independent insurance agency looking for an experienced bi-lingual individual to provide client support to our large book of business. You will provide a wide array of client services -- process policy endorsements and payments, cross-sell current clients, perform renewal reviews and provide administrative support to sales producers. Ability to quote and evaluate multiple carrier options and provide recommendations to clients on new business and renewals. We are a fast-paced, growing agency with the access to over 25 insurance carriers -- personal and commercial lines.

Responsibilities

• Establish productive relationships with current clients to enhance their overall experience with the agency.
• Evaluate business or individual customers’ needs and propose coverage adjustments or protection plans that meet their criteria
• Provide consistent, accurate and timely communication to clients through verbal and written correspondence
• Work with clients to deliver risk management strategies that fit their specific needs
• Maintain client documents, company database and policy records
• Process daily incoming mail, emails, voice mails and faxes
• Constantly update job knowledge and learn about new products and services
• Fulfill all policy requirements

Skills

• Basic computer knowledge and statistical analysis
• Demonstrate ability to listen attentively, communicate effectively and be relatable
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships
• Have the ability to comfortably and confidently use persuasive language when discussing products and options.
