Marketing Graphic Designer

Location: Bothell, WA In Office 5 Days a Week
Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Department: Marketing Department - Internal Marketing Agency
Reports to: Director of Marketing

Overview

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Graphic Designer to join our internal marketing agency, supporting a group of 13+ new vehicle dealerships. This is a full-time hourly position ideal for a recent graduate ready to dive into a fast-paced, creative environment. You’ll work closely with the Director of Marketing and a cross-functional team to deliver compelling visual assets that support brand initiatives, sales campaigns, and executive requests.

Duties May include but not limited to:

This role evolves with the needs of the business and the talents of the designer. Core responsibilities include:

  • Design Execution:
    • Create original graphics, logos, and visual assets across multiple brands and campaigns.
    • Edit and refine current and past projects based on feedback until final approval.
  • Project Management:
    • Maintain and track all active and completed projects using Airtable.
    • Organize and control assets for future use.
  • Team Support:
    • Collaborate with the Marketing Director and content team to deliver timely and effective design solutions.
    • Proactively share design assets and assist with urgent marketing needs.
  • Skill Development:
    • Continuously grow your creative and technical skills to increase efficiency and quality of work.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • A keen eye for detail, strong typography and layout skills.
  • Team player that can communicate effectively with other team members. 
  • Solid time management and the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Passion for branding, marketing, and the automotive industry.
