Summer/Fall 2025 Marketing & Communications Internship

The FL Wolters Group is a Black and woman-owned private therapy practice based in Washington, DC. Our mission is to create a space that supports mental health, emotional wellness, and authentic connection—for both our clients and our team.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Communications Intern for Summer and/or Fall 2025 to help bring our voice to life online and support our next stage of growth.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Co-create a marketing + growth strategy alongside our leadership team
  • Design bold, beautiful graphics and craft compelling content, including for social media, newsletters, blogs, our website, etc.
  • Manage our social accounts and connect with our community
  • Support email campaigns and other online engagement
  • Jump in on fun and meaningful outreach projects

 

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Are currently enrolled in a Business, Marketing, Communications, or related program
  • Can receive academic credit for your internship
  • Have at least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, design, or social media (freelance, campus orgs, or personal projects definitely count!)
  • Write well, communicate clearly, and love a good aesthetic
  • Know your way around Canva (bonus points for video or Reels skills)
  • Care about mental health, social impact, and community wellness
