PFI Displays is a family owned and operated company that produces custom designed displays, tradeshow exhibits,
and commercial interiors. We strive to provide flawless execu􀆟on with our radical a􀆩en􀆟on to detail and
excep􀆟onal cra􀅌manship.
Job Responsibili􀆟es:
 Fabricate displays and exhibits from a variety of materials (wood, laminates, plas􀆟cs, metal, graphics).
 Read detail drawings/blueprints to fabricate custom components.
 Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and saws.
 Operate shop machinery such as forkli􀅌 and scissor li􀅌.
 Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
 Work in an efficient manner to ensure that all deadlines are met.
 Build crates for shipping tradeshow components.
 Conduct quality checks on outsourced components.
 Pack tradeshow components for shipping and complete shipping paperwork.
 Occasional travel to trade shows for site supervision of installa􀆟on and dismantle.
 Assemble and fabricate modular exhibit systems.
The tradeshow display fabricator posi􀆟on is a full-􀆟me hourly posi􀆟on with a great benefits package including:
paid 􀆟me off, medical, 401k, profit sharing, and company ou􀆟ngs. Typical work schedule is 8:00-4:30 Monday
through Friday with periodic over􀆟me and weekends as needed. PFI u􀆟lizes a wide variety of materials in our
manufacturing including wood, metal and plas􀆟cs. This requires our employees to be versa􀆟le but also provides
for significant variety in the workplace, so you’re not stuck doing the same du􀆟es and func􀆟ons every day.
Skills/Qualifica􀆟ons:
 Radical a􀆩en􀆟on to detail
 A willingness to be a team player with a posi􀆟ve “can-do” a􀆫tude
 Versa􀆟lity: must be able to complete a wide variety of tasks
 Good 􀆟me management and problem-solving skills
 Strong verbal communica􀆟on skills to collaborate effec􀆟vely with team members and clients
 Must be able to read CAD drawings
 Ability to mul􀆟-task
 Be able to li􀅌 up to 50 pounds repeatedly
 Safety management mindset
Educa􀆟on, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
 High school diploma or GED
 Previous experience in manufacturing/construc􀆟on/remodeling or similar industry
 Woodworking experience (beneficial but not required)
 Some travel is required
