Part-Time Video Content Creator (Social Recruiting & Branding)

**Compensation:** $18–$20/hour 
 


**About Us:**  
Stratus is a fast-growing company that provides high-end office water, ice, and coffee systems to businesses across Southern California. We're building a strong team culture and want to showcase it to the world through short-form video content.
 


**What You’ll Do:**  
- Shoot and edit short-form videos (30–60 seconds) for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube Shorts  
- Add captions, transitions, music, and basic branding to make videos engaging  
- Collaborate with our team to create video content that highlights our company culture, team stories, and career opportunities 
- Help build a strong video presence that attracts top talent
 


**Who You Are:**  
- Studying film, media, communications, or related field  
- Proficient in mobile or DSLR video shooting 
- Knows editing tools like CapCut, Final Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar  
- Understands TikTok/Instagram Reels trends and how to keep content engaging  
- Creative, dependable, and able to hit quick turnaround times
