Social Media & Paid Ads Assistant (Instagram, TikTok, Meta)


**Company:** Stratus  
**Location:** Santa Barbara, CA (with flexible/remote options)  
**Type:** Part-Time / Freelance  
**Compensation:** $15–$20/hour or flat monthly rate ($200–$300/month)  


**About Us:**  
Stratus installs eco-friendly, premium water and coffee systems in offices across Southern California. We’re growing fast and need help getting the word out on social media and running targeted ads to attract top sales talent.
 


**What You’ll Do:**  
- Post short-form video content on IG, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube Shorts  
- Write captions, select trending hashtags, and schedule content for publishing  
- Help run and manage paid ads through Instagram and Meta Ads Manager (we’ll train you)  
- Monitor performance and engagement, and suggest improvements  
- Help us build a recruiting funnel that actually works for today’s digital world
 


**Who You Are:**  
- Studying marketing, PR, business, or digital media  
- Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, and/or Meta Ads Manager  
- Understands how content reaches audiences and drives clicks  
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
