Software Support/Development Intern

Presteligence is seeking motivated, detail-oriented individuals to join its Project Management team to assist with a variety of tasks related to customer onboarding, product deployment, and internal process improvement.

The internship is a great opportunity for college students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, client communications, and technology-driven operations. Interns will work closely with our experienced project managers to help ensure smooth implementation of Presteligence software solutions across newspaper and media partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting project managers with planning, documentation, and client communications
• Tracking implementation timelines and helping ensure on-time deliverables
• Assisting with internal documentation and product testing
• Collaborating with the development team on QA testing, feature review, or minor technical tasks
• Gaining exposure to support processes and the Presteligence product suite

Ideal applicants are students in computer science, IT, or other customer related field, but all are encouraged to apply for this remote position. This is more than just an internship—it’s a launch pad. We’re looking for someone who’s curious, proactive, and interested in technology. Our goal is that this internship leads to a future role on our support or development team.
