Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Investor Relations and Syndicate Coordinator to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with current and potential investors, coordinating fundraising activities, and overseeing syndicate-related operations to ensure transparent communication regarding our financial initiatives.​

Key Responsibilities:

Syndicate Management:

Oversee the formation and administration of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) for investment purposes.​

Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure compliance with SEC regulations and accreditation standards for investors.​

Manage the invitation and onboarding process for syndicate investors, ensuring all necessary documentation and verifications are completed.​

Investor Relations Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, ensuring consistent and transparent communication.​

Prepare and present regular updates on project developments, financial performance, and investment opportunities.​

Fundraising Coordination:

Identify and engage potential investors aligned with our company's vision and projects.​

Organize and oversee fundraising campaigns, events, and related activities.​

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling pitch materials and presentations.​

Financial Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts for investors and stakeholders.​

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain accurate records of all fundraising activities.​

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.​

Previous experience in investor relations, fundraising, or financial communications, preferably within the entertainment or media industry.​

Familiarity with syndicate structures, particularly Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), and the regulatory requirements associated with them.​

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.​

Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis.​

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.​

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with platforms such as AngelList and an understanding of the processes involved in managing syndicates on such platforms.​

Familiarity with SEC regulations pertaining to accredited investors and private securities offerings.​AngelList

Knowledge of the film production process and the entertainment industry landscape.​
