
AT&T Sales Trainee
Nobel Marketing, a premier marketing and sales agency based in Coral Gables, Florida, is seeking a driven and solution-focused AT&T Sales Trainee to join our team. Due to a new brand partnership with AT&T, we are actively seeking top talent to assist in the expansion and rollout of AT&T’s services throughout the Miami market.
As an AT&T Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying consumer needs, and recommending tailored product solutions that meet AT&T’s high standards of service and innovation. The AT&T Sales Trainee will work a generated lead list and meet with customers who have expressed interest in AT&T’s product and, ultimately, recommend products that satisfy their wants and needs. Your role will be crucial in driving customer satisfaction and contributing to the growth of our company and the AT&T brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to assess their telecommunications needs and recommend AT&T products and services that align with those requirements.
- Build rapport with potential and existing customers, acting as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor.
- Promote and deliver AT&T's cutting-edge telecommunications services, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with AT&T product offerings, services, and promotions to effectively communicate their value to consumers.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas through effective relationship-building and customer service strategies.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay informed about industry trends and telecommunications advancements.
AT&T Sales Trainee Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales, customer service, or account management role, preferably within telecommunications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively present complex information and tailor solutions to individual customer needs.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer management practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
