JOB SUMMARY
The NAMB internship Program offers an experience combining professional development with spiritual growth. Interns contribute to mission-critical projects and gain insights into the integration of work with their spiritual calling. This position will provide modern creative strategy and expand the support around a key NAMB Initiative, the release of Theology Masterclass course, podcast, eBook, and supplemental documents and any other tasks needed.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Video Quality Inspection Technician:
- Examining video footage for issues like blurriness, distortion, artifacts, incorrect framing, improper lighting, and missing content.
- Verifying that audio tracks align perfectly with the video timeline.
- Reviewing podcast episodes and writing show notes.
- Distributing podcasts across various platform.
- Monitoring podcast analytics to understand audience engagement.
Blog Writing:
- Creating original, high- informative, engaging and plagiarism-free content.
- Proofreading and editing blog post before publication, always incorporating NAMB’s tone, and voice guidelines into articles.
- Periodically rewriting and optimizing existing blog posts.
- Taking part in brainstorming sessions to produce content ideas
- Creating engaging content for various platforms.
- Scheduling posts according to calendar
- Analyzing social media metrics to track performance
- Staying updated on social media trends.
Thumbnail Designing:
- Creating visually appealing and engaging thumbnails for video content across platforms.
- Utilizing approved graphic design templates to develop concepts.
- Incorporating relevant imagery and text
- Collaborating with content creators to understand video themes.
- Staying updated on design trends and insuring consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an undergraduate or graduate program in Digital Audiences, Communications, English Major, or related field.
- No prior professional experience required, but previous volunteer or project experience in a related field is beneficial.
SPECIALIZED SKILLS
- Strong writing, editorial, and organizational skills and attention to detail
- Initiative-taker and able to multitask.
