Are you a motivated, creative, and self-starting individual eager to gain hands-on experience in sales and marketing? Linn Companies is a growth-oriented midsize business that owns and operates 10 convenience stores, 4 automotive tire and service centers, 15 (soon to be 17) Tumble Fresh Coin Laundromats (including 2 franchises), Pet Fresh Dog Wash & Grooming Salon, and a thriving commercial development and property management division. We are looking for a part-time Sales & Marketing Intern to help support our growing brands. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, working alongside our Director of Sales & Marketing and executive team in our Woodbury, MN office.  This position is M-F and occasional weekends as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing digital marketing strategies, including social media management, email marketing, and website updates.
• Assist in creating marketing materials, such as advertisements, flyers, and social media graphics.
• Provide support for event planning, promotions, and public relations initiatives.
• Engage in on-site marketing efforts to increase in-store promotions, customer interactions, and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer behaviors.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Passion for digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
• Detailed oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, content creation, and digital advertising.
• Creative mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience with marketing tools such as Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus
