Archery Instructor
Camp Kippewa is seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to serve as Archery Camp Counselor for this upcoming summer! Located in the scenic surroundings of Monmouth, ME, Camp Kippewa offers a dynamic and supportive environment where girls can grow, gain confidence, and try new things. Join us from June 6 – August 10!
Archery Counselor Responsibilities:
Lead fun and safe archery sessions for campers of all ages and skill levels
Teach basic shooting techniques and safety protocols
Encourage campers as they build skills and confidence on the range
Help maintain equipment and keep the archery area organized and safe
Create an inclusive, supportive environment where every camper feels successful
Qualifications:
Experience working with children or in a camp setting preferred
Previous archery experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is essential
Strong communication and leadership skills
Positive attitude, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working with kids outdoors
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Archery certification will be provided during staff training!
