Description
The Sr. Director will plan, direct programmatic operations, mentor and develop leaders/staff and continual evaluation, growth and improvement. The Sr. Director will be responsible for strategic initiatives and implementation that are aligned with agency goals. Be responsible for ensuring a culture of Excellence with the people we serve, their families, staff, volunteers and community partnerships. Overall, is responsible for meeting regulatory and quality assurance standards and overall budget expectations. Programs provided must meet licensing and accreditation standards and conform to the Agency's values, performance standards, regulation, policies and procedures. In addition, they will be responsible for improvements of operational efficiencies across all programs and services. This may include monitoring revenue margins, utilization, worker productivity as well as implementing systems and new directives for growth.
Requirements
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved will be considered.
- Bachelor's degree in business or human service field preferred
- And/or 10-12 years of management experiment required.
- Four (4) years’ experience serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a plus.
