JOB OPPORTUNITY- Entry-Level Sales Representative 

Turner Dairy is once again excited to add more talent to our team. Turner Dairy Farms, a family-owned company, is looking for a career-minded individual to fill a full-time, onsite, Entry-Level Sales Representative position. The ideal candidate will be committed to driving sales, building relationships, and will have the desire and ability to advance to the next position. This is a great opportunity to take the next step in your sales career! 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Driving to multiple accounts daily using a company or personal vehicle and following a schematic to set merchandise in the cold vaults of convenience/grocery stores.
• Ensuring all point-of-sale products are current, clean, and presented in a premium manner.
• Responsible for opening, servicing, and increasing both existing and new accounts.
• Establishing and maintaining friendly and professional relationships with customers.
• Other tasks and responsibilities as needed.
• This position is well suited for a candidate with 1 year of experience or a recent college graduate.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license.
• College education is preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time efficiently with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn other internal software.
• Strong work ethic, responsive, enthusiastic, highly motivated, competitive, and self-driven.
• Willing and able to interact with the sales team regularly and be a team player.
