Private Equity Investment Summer Internship (Summer 2026)

Summary

The Summer Analyst will be a member of the investment team, assisting in the overall investment process including screening, executing new investments and monitoring existing investments. By focusing on direct equity investment, partnership opportunities, and direct credit investments, the Summer Analyst will have several roles inside Constitution Capital Partners (“CCP”), thereby gaining exposure to multiple investment strategies. The Summer Analyst will be expected to play an active role in all aspects of CCP’s business including the following:

·      Conducting due diligence on prospective investment opportunities, including, industry           specific research and financial analysis

·        Monitoring existing investments

·        Preparing investment memos, assisting in financial projections, and valuations under            the supervision of CCP Investment Team

·        Maintaining investment and marketing databases

·        Performing portfolio analytics and benchmarking

·        Assisting in the preparing of quarterly investment reporting documents

·        Updating marketing materials and assisting with investor relations

Requirements

·        Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree at top university with strong academic record

·        Graduating in the Class of 2027

·        Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical ability

·        Interest in gaining experience in the private equity sector

·        Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship or future sponsorship

Skills

The Summer Analyst position requires a detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, self-starter with a passion for learning about the private equity sector. In addition, the individual must have:

·        Ability to effectively work as a member of a team and multi-task

·        Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

·        Exceptional skills in quantitative analysis and written / verbal communication

·        Basic understanding of accounting and finance

·        Superior work ethic

·        Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
