About Our CEO:
Our CEO has guided the company in real estate development and operations over the past 20 years. With a diverse portfolio spanning new construction, redevelopment, and fix-and-flips, our projects include industrial, mixed-use, wedding venues, residential rentals, remodels, and historic preservation. Our CEO is a seasoned entrepreneur, currently leading a property management company, golf course, multiple wedding venues, and a real estate development company. He's also a licensed real estate broker in several states. Our focus is on building a vertically integrated hospitality company that includes, acquisition, entitlement, design, drafting, general contracting and operations of property.

Our DOSM brings over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality. The Director of Sales and Marketing (DOSM) in Luxury Hospitality plays a crucial role in driving revenue, enhancing brand positioning, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Their responsibilities blend strategic sales initiatives with high-end marketing campaigns to attract social clients, corporate clients, and exclusive partners.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: College juniors or seniors majoring in Public Relations, Advertising, Marketing, or Communications

Skills:
- Exceptional social media writing
- Skills with Canva, photoshop or other software programs for content creation
- Bonus: Video editing experience
- Academic Excellence: GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Availability: 10-15 hours per week during the school year

What You’ll Do:
- Create captivating content for social media platforms across all properties and venues
- Working with the CEO assisting with his professional social media management
- Develop and write engaging blog posts
- Brainstorm and strategize digital marketing campaigns
- Assist with launching and managing paid social, SEM, and display campaigns
- Monitor ad spend budgets
- Analyze reports to measure success and ensure KPIs are met
