Behavior Technician/Registered Behavior Technician

What You’ll Do:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a child’s home and community settings

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision

Collect and record therapy data to track progress

Attend team meetings and training sessions as scheduled

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (ideal for those pursuing psychology, education, or ABA careers)

Experience working with children (preferred)

Active RBT certification (preferred, but training is provided)

CPR certification (required, but training is available)

Reliable transportation for in-home visits

Ability to pass a background check

ABA: 1 year (Required)

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Ability to maintain active postures (kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting) for extended periods

Locations: Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, and Sammamish, WA

Schedule (hours can vary - multiple openings are available):

Kirkland:

Friday: 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

North Sammamish:

Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Monday – Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Bellevue:

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM & 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Redmond:

Monday – Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Sunday: Potential availability

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour
