Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Federal Work-Study Student to support our General GI or Motility research teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in clinical and research settings.
Requirements:
- Must qualify for the IU Federal Work Study program.
- Enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program focusing on pre-med, NP, nursing, or similar fields.
- Must be located in Indianapolis.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Updates:
- Enter and ensure the accuracy of study data in web-based systems and spreadsheets.
- Update logs and enter spreadsheet data after patient enrollment.
- Identify and enter survey data as needed.
Study Documentation:
- Scan randomized files into the shared drive and OneDrive.
- Compile requested data into spreadsheets.
Study Patient Coordination:
- Schedule study visits, book rooms in the CRC, and update OnCore.
Office & Document Organization:
- Sort, archive, or discard remaining binders and papers in the occupied cubicle.
- Organize materials and determine if they need to be stored or discarded in a locked box.
